The hotel had an excellent location, just a short walk from Montpellier Saint-Roch train station. My room offered lovely city views and was spacious with a comfortable layout. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in my room seemed ineffective, leaving the room a bit warm at times. I noticed limited dining options around the hotel, especially late at night, which made for some inconvenience. It would be great if the hotel could improve that aspect to enhance guest comfort.

Upon arrival, I was extremely disappointed with the misleading photos of the hotel, as they were actually of the adjacent property. The check-in process was frustrating, and the staff member seemed uninterested in helping us, especially when we inquired about early check-in. Our room lacked basic amenities such as a safe and fridge, and the air conditioning barely worked, making our stay quite uncomfortable.

The room was spotless and quite modern, felt like I could trust the cleanliness for my stay! The shower, it was a big one! enough for two, excellent water pressure and quick heat! I had no issues getting ready for the day, just felt nice, you know.
